Joints In Motion Aquatic Fitness
Joints In Motion Aquatic Fitness classes are designed for those individuals seeking gentle exercises, focusing on increasing joint range of motion, flexibilty and muscular strength and endurance.SHIIP Medicare Counseling Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) volunteers provide information about the Medicare Part D program (prescription drug benefit), Medicare record keeping, supplemental insurance and long-term care insurance.
CPR for Friends and Family Anytime
This course is a non-certification course and is offered as a one hour
introductory course or you can take the CPR Anytime Kit home for self-study.

Free Injury Screening
Mary Greeley Medical Center offers free injury assessment clinics. Anyone with a recent or nagging injury that won’t go away will receive a basic assessment by a physical therapist or occupational therapist, receive guidance on how to self-treat minor injuries such as strains and sprains and discuss treatment options for more severe injuries. By appointment, please call 515-239-6770. Assessments are done in the Lower Level, Medical Arts Building, 1015 Duff Ave.
